Robert Fetzer
Lead Guitar – With his raw and edgy playing style, Robert is a truly accomplished guitarist who can shift from steady rhythm to tearing guitar solos, while always finding that perfect tone. As a Cleveland native, Robert aspired to play blues in Chicago, the home of so many of his musical heroes. Arriving in Chicago as an already-experienced guitar player, Robert did stints with various local groups before meeting his musical mentor, Chicago R&B legend Johnny Dollar. From there, he went on to tour extensively as band leader for blues greats A.C. Reed and the late Son Seals. He also has headlined at the Chicago Blues Festival with Son Seals and was featured along with NBC Late Night guitarist Jimmy Vivino on “A Journey Through The Blues”, the Son Seals lifetime documentary.
